PRESIVO was founded by a former General Counsel who was in-house from 2004 to 2021: General Counsel at Albion Laboratories, then, when Balchem, a NASDAQ-listed company, acquired Albion in 2016, Special Counsel, Director of Strategic Transactions, working on M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and licensing.
The firm began in 2021 to give founders what too few of them have: experienced legal counsel who knows the company and takes care of the people running it. That in-house background still shapes how we work, with the business and the deal in view.
