By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Information only. The content on this website is general information, not legal advice. Using this website, emailing us, calling us or booking a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please read our Disclaimer for when one begins.
Please don't send confidential information yet. Before an engagement agreement is signed, please don't send confidential, sensitive or time-sensitive information through this website, by email or through our booking page. We handle information you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.
Using this website. Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. In particular, please don't:
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, or interfere with how they work;
- send spam, or send viruses or other harmful code;
- use automated tools in a way that overloads or disrupts the website; or

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any dispute about your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Please check it from time to time. If you keep using the website after we post a change, you accept the updated terms.
If a part doesn't work. If a court finds that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up.
